Chess Paper Scissors

The Game „Chess, Paper, Scissors“is a virtual tabletop-game, that combines the well-known rules of Rock-Paper-Scissors with the strategic move-based gameplay of chess. To players are playing against each other in a competition of tactics and strategy.

For that they first place the Pieces on the board, choosing out of Rock, Paper or scissors. Each player has 6 stones of each type at the start and can choose any space in their first three rows on the board to place them down. When all pieces are placed, the real game begins.

In their turn, a player moves one of their pieces for one tile in any direction. If one of those tiles is occupied by an enemy piece, that can be beaten by their piece (according to rock-paper-scissors rules), that piece can be removed from the game. If a tile is occupied by a tile that belongs to the active player and that can be beaten according to rock-paper-scissors rules, that tile can be skipped, allowing the piece to move to spaces at once.

The first player to lose all of their pieces loses. Since that is often expectable much earlier, there is also the option to give up at any time.
